Do you build or install roofs?
No. We provide all phases of roof maintenance. From repair to cleaning to treatment.

Are you licensed through the State of Washington?
Yes. We are licensed, bonded and insured. Our contract number is #ROOFTI*994CG

Are your employees paid hourly or per job?
Our professional employees are paid hourly and have full benefits. We do not use "day labor".

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash & Checks.

Do you provide maintenance for commercial properties?
Yes. We do both residential as well as commercial.

Do you provide roof certifications?
Yes. We can provide a roof certification to all lenders.
